YAOKI's cream of rice uses a pregelatinized rice flour that is the first of its kind in Japan. The rich, natural aroma of the rice remains, and it is ready to eat by simply mixing with water, without heating.

What is cream of rice?
A simple carbohydrate source made by grinding rice into a powder and mixing it with water. Overseas it has long been a staple for people who train. YAOKI uses a specially processed pregelatinized rice flour, so it is ready to eat in about 30 seconds with water and no heating.
How do I eat it?
Put one serving in a bowl, pour in water, and mix. Adjust the amount of liquid to change the texture. Adding fruit, nuts or protein powder to taste is also recommended.
What is the difference between Plain and the PRO series?
Plain is a simple recipe with no added sugar or fat. The PRO series (Chocolate, Matcha and Strawberry Milk) contains about 15 g of whey protein per serving. Brown Sugar Kinako uses soy protein, for those who prefer to limit animal-based ingredients.
